Welcome to Gridline Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use o GRIDLINE.SHOP  (the “Site”) and the purchase of products sold through the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Certain products sold by Gridline Shop are intended for knowledgeable users and performance-oriented applications.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission.

3. Products and Intended Use

Gridline Shop offers kart chassis, components, accessories, and merchandise sourced from a curated selection of manufacturers based in Europe, Canada, and the United States.

The products sold by Gridline Shop are engineered and manufactured specifically for use in controlled environments, such as circuits, race tracks, and organized motorsports facilities. Many products are performance-oriented and may require professional installation, setup, inspection, and ongoing maintenance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Confirm product compatibility and suitability

  • Ensure proper installation and use

  • Comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and manufacturer instructions

Gridline Shop is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use outside the manufacturer’s intended specifications.

4. Product Information and Technical Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, technical data, and imagery. However, manufacturers may update specifications without notice, and minor variations may occur.

Product images are for reference only and may not exactly reflect the final item received.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in CAD / USD, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payments made by credit card are subject to a non-refundable surcharge of 3%, which will be clearly disclosed and applied at checkout. This surcharge reflects the processing costs associated with credit card transactions and does not apply to debit card payments.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any applicable credit card processing surcharge where permitted by law.

6. Order Acceptance

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders placed using the same customer account, billing address, or shipping address.

7. Shipping and International Orders

We ship primarily within Canada and the United States, and to select countries in Latin America.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Gridline Shop.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges.

Motorsports equipment and performance components involve inherent risks when used as intended. By purchasing and using products sold by Gridline Shop, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their installation, setup, and use within controlled motorsports environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridline Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gridline Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Improper installation or use of products

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or safety standards

  • Violation of these Terms

11. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Gridline Shop or its licensors. All third-party trademarks and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

12. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. Gridline Shop is not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of these third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
