Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

Gridline Shop ships motorsports chassis, components, and merchandise to customers in Canada, the United States, and select countries in Latin America. All orders are subject to product availability and order verification prior to shipment.

Shipping timelines and costs vary depending on product type, destination, carrier availability, and warehouse location.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing time does not include transit time.
Orders containing high-value or technical components may require additional verification prior to release.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Gridline Shop utilizes a range of third-party carriers to ensure reliable delivery. For shipping rate calculation, label generation, and carrier selection, we may use ClickShip, a third-party shipping platform that aggregates multiple carriers. ClickShip is used solely as a shipping rate calculation and carrier selection platform. ClickShip does not perform delivery services directly

Use of ClickShip allows us to:

Provide competitive shipping rates
Select appropriate carriers based on destination and parcel size
Generate tracking and shipping documentation

Carrier selection is automated or determined based on operational requirements and cannot be guaranteed or customized upon request.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of shipping error on our part.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Transit Times

All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Delays may occur due to:

Carrier capacity
Customs clearance
Weather or force majeure events
Remote or international destinations

Gridline Shop is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

All shipments are insured or handled under the liability framework of the selected carrier. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, or within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law, along with supporting documentation (photos, packaging condition, etc.).

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Gridline Shop is not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
Returned shipments caused by address errors

Reshipment costs for returned or undeliverable orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to:

Customs inspections
Import duties and taxes
Brokerage or clearance fees

Gridline Shop does not control or estimate these charges and will not issue refunds for orders delayed or refused due to customs-related issues.

9. Shipping Issues & Support

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us promptly with:

Tracking number
Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to assist where possible, but resolution timelines are subject to carrier processes.

This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
